By using Is Real, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Is Real is a caller identity verification service. Registered users can verify their identity to call recipients using dynamically generated verification phrases delivered via secure channels.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information during registration and identity verification.

4. User Accounts

• You must complete identity verification to use verification features
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered devices
• You may not share your account or impersonate others
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Is Real for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent identity verification
• Harass recipients with excessive verification requests
• Misrepresent your identity or professional affiliations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise our systems

6. SMS Messages

SpeakID by Is Real sends one-time SMS messages containing verification links when a verified caller initiates identity verification.

• Message Frequency: Messages are sent only when verification is requested. This is not a recurring subscription.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
• Support: Reply HELP for help or contact support@isreal.com
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply START to re-subscribe.

You agree not to abuse the messaging system or harass recipients with excessive verification requests.

7. Professional Profiles

• Professional affiliations must be accurate and current
• You must update your profile if you change employers
• Misrepresenting employment is grounds for account termination

8. Privacy

Your use of Is Real is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Is Real and its features are protected by patents, trademarks, and copyrights owned by Is Real Inc.

10. Disclaimers

Is Real is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that verification will prevent all fraud or that the service will be uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Is Real Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
